John Tassone
Executive Partner
John has nearly 30 years experience designing, building, and running service operations with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with Rochester Telephone, Frontier Communications, Global Crossing and ACN Communication Services. He has managed nearly ever aspect of telephone service operations including: Customer Service, Operator Service, Installation and Repair, Recent Change and Verification, Loop Assignment, Frame, Cable Repair and Cable Construction.
John led ACN’s deployment of their local service product which involved creating a business plan, building an implementation team, selecting vendors, developing and managing relationships with Local Exchange Companies, system development, and working with all functional areas within ACN to prepare them to support this service. ACN’s local service product was developed in under six months and profitably expanded to over 40 states in less than two years.
John managed the customer service aspects of billing system migrations at Frontier and ACN, and he participated in carrier migration at ACN. He also led the physical consolidation and migration of call center services at Frontier and Global Crossing.
John holds a BS in Engineering from Cornell University, an MBA with concentration in Operations Management from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Management, as well as an MA in Theology from Northeastern Seminary.
